What exercise equipment will I need?

The ONLY equipment required is a pair of dumbbells, stability ball, and a chair (kitchen chairs work fine). The dumbbells do not need to be heavy, I myself only uses 25-45lb weight for these workouts. Hand weights or dumbbells can be purchased at any sports equipment retailer. I specifically designed this program to minimize required exercise equipment, which keeps the costs down and allows you to get started right away.
